In order for you to enjoy our content on all devices with the app installed, you must create your account. To access the sign-up page, simply click on any premium video in the app, bypass the parental gate code, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once your account is created, or upon signing-in to an existing account (created, for example, on another device) you will be shown the different subscription plans we offer, from which you can choose the one that suits best for you.

Please note that the purchase is handled exclusively by the store (Google Play or App Store), using information stored in your Apple ID or Google account. We absolutely do not have any access to that information, nor can we charge your credit card.

To create an account and purchase a subscription, enter first-app.info

Restoring an existing purchase from the old app is easy as 1-2-3! Follow the instructions below, and your access will be automatically restored:

  1. Make sure you installed the new app using exactly the same Apple ID/Google Play account employed to purchase the previous subscription
  2. Launch the app and attempt playing any paid videos
  3. Use your credentials to sign in to your account, or create a new account if you haven’t yet. If you are signed in, skip to step 4. Whether you’re unsure what email was used to sign in, simply uninstall and reinstall the app, clear any previous registrations, and sign in with a correct email address
  4. Right above the two subscriptions offers, find and tap the RESTORE YOU PURCHASE button
  5. When prompted, enter your Apple ID/Google Play credentials, and allow the app a couple of minutes to complete syncing your App store purchase into your First account. 

That’s it! A new First account will be created for you and your previous purchases will be restored! Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any further assistance at the “Send us an email” button or by email at mobile-support@bf-tv.com

First, Enter first-app.info Tap on SIGN IN and simply enter your credentials to make sure your account does have a subscription registered for it.

Please make sure you have properly signed in to your account in the app.

If not, but you did receive an invoice for your purchase to your email, please enter the “Support” screen from the app’s side menu, and then click on “Send us an Email” to reach out to us, describe the issue, and make sure to attach a copy of your invoice.

Enter http://first-app.info and tap SIGN IN to manage your account and check your subscription status. On this page, you can also make more actions such as resetting your password or update your account credentials.

The free trial allows you to experience the app for 7 days, and have access to all the content. The trial period is part of your first subscription period and can be canceled for free within 7 days. If not canceled by the 7th day, you will be charged for a full auto-renewable subscription period, which will be renewed when the period is complete.

Yes – We are very glad to say that with our app, you can access your purchase on any device with just one First account! Simply access the login page, enter your email and password, and enjoy full access to your videos, games, and more.

Currently, this option is available on iOS and Android devices, and will soon be available on Roku and Fire TV as well.

To ensure your child enjoys new, exciting, and original subjects, we add new and refreshed content several times a month. Remember to visit us often to find out what’s new and other surprises in the app!

To watch offline videos you must have an iOS device (iPhones & iPad). For Android devices, this feature is not yet possible, but we are working to make it available ASAP. Stay tuned!

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription.

1.On the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap App and iTunes Stores.
3. Tap your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in.
5. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
6. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal. Turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can easily add videos to your favorites playlist, for shuffle or binge playing, and to keep all your little one’s favorite videos in one place. To add a video, simply click the HEART ❤ icon that appears at the bottom-right corner of the video thumbnail.

In addition, it’s possible to do so using the in-video controller, while watching a video.

You can easily add videos to your offline library, to be played later without a network connection. Your offline library can offer shuffle or binge playing.

1. To download a video, simply click the DOWN-ARROW ⬇️ icon that appears at the bottom-right corner of the video thumbnail. 
2. It is also possible to do it using the in-video control button while watching a video.
3. You can access all your offline videos in the “Downloads” section, found in the app’s side menu.
4. Please allow time for videos to complete downloading before going offline. To manage your downloaded videos, please read “how to delete a video”.

To delete a video, simply uncheck the HEART ❤ icon located on the video’s thumbnail. This can be done from every screen, where the video thumbnail appears, including from the in-video player controller.

Start by selecting “Support” from the app’s side-menu, then click on “Send us an Email“, and remember to keep the information attached to the email.

Guided Access limits users to one specific app, preventing them from switching to another program or returning to the Home screen.

Enable Guided Access on iPhone/iPad:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on General.
3. Tap on Accessibility.
4. Tap on Guided Access under the Learning section.
5. Tap the switch to turn on Guided Access.
6. Tap on Passcode Settings.
7. Tap Set Guided Access Passcode to set a passcode.
8. Toggle Accessibility Shortcut to On, which allows you to triple-click the Home button and enter Guided Access at any time.

You can pin an app’s screen to keep it in view until you unpin it. For example, you can pin an app and hand your phone to a friend. With the screen pinned, your friend can use only that app. To use your other apps again, you can unpin the screen.

Turn on screen pinning

1. Open your phone’s Settings app.
2. Tap Security or Security & location > Advanced > Screen pinning.
3. Turn on Screen pinning.

When screen pinning is on, you’ll see an option to ask for your PIN, pattern, or password before unpinning.

1. After turning on screen pinning:
2. Go to the screen you want to pin.
3. Swipe up to the middle of your screen. If this doesn’t open your Overview, go to the steps for Android 8.1 & below.
4. At the top of the image, tap the app’s icon.
5. Tap the Pin.

Unpin a screen

To unpin a screen:
Gesture navigation: Swipe up and hold.
2-button navigation: Touch and hold Back and Home.
3-button navigation: Touch and hold Back and Overview.
If you’re asked for your PIN, pattern, or password, enter it.

Can’t remember your account password? That’s ok! Just enter the sign-in page, tap “Reset Your Password”, enter your email address and we’ll send you the instructions.

Keep in mind that your app store credentials will not work here, as this is a separate account. If you do not yet have one, simply create it now!
