You can also access it by tapping the “Subscription” button from the app’s side menu.

Make sure you installed the new My First University app using the exact same Apple ID/Google Play account that was used to purchase the subscription in the old app

Use your credentials to sign in to your BabyFirst account, or create a new account if you haven’t yet.

Have an account from the babyfirst app? You can use it for this app too!

If you’re already signed in, skip to step 4.

*If you’re unsure what email was used to sign in, simply uninstall and reinstall the app, to clear any previous registrations, and sign in with a correct email address.

Right above the two subscription offers, find the “Restore Your Purchase” button and tap it

When prompted, enter your Apple ID/Google Play credentials, and allow the app a couple of minutes to complete syncing your purchase from Apple/Google Play into your BabyFirst account

Your existing subscription should now be properly synced with your babyfirst account.
