First, Enter Tap on SIGN IN and simply enter your credentials to make sure your account does have a subscription registered for it.

Please make sure you have properly signed in to your account in the app.

If not, but you did receive an invoice for your purchase to your email, please enter the “Support” screen from the app’s side menu, and then click on “Send us an Email” to reach out to us, describe the issue, and make sure to attach a copy of your invoice.
